Privacy Policy

How Long We Keep Records

Contact form submissions and related correspondence are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry or comply with legal obligations. After that, they are securely deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period—typically a few months—before being purged. We delete data when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy.

Why We Hold Each Type of Data

Contact form submissions are held so that we can respond to your enquiry, provide support or address any issue you raise. Without this data, we cannot reply to you. Server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) are used to maintain site security, diagnose technical problems and understand how visitors use the platform. This helps us improve your experience.

What We Collect and When

We collect information you voluntarily submit through the contact form, such as your name, email address and message. This happens only when you choose to send us a query or request. Our web server also automatically records your IP address, browser type and the pages you view while visiting the site. This technical data is gathered each time you access the lobby.

Your Rights to Access or Delete Data

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by using the contact form on the site. We will provide this information within the timeframe set by Malaysian data protection law. You can also ask us to delete your data by submitting a request through the same contact page. We will comply unless we are legally required to retain certain records for a longer period.

Who We Share Data With

We share data with analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) and hosting companies that process information on our instructions. These third parties are bound by contract to protect your data. We never sell your personal data to anyone. Your information is not shared with marketers, advertisers or any other external party without your consent, except where required by law.

Cookies and Turning Them Off

The site uses cookies to remember your preferences and to analyse traffic through services such as Google Analytics. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. If you disable cookies in your browser settings, you can still access the site, but certain features—such as remembering your language preference—may not work as smoothly. Your experience will remain functional.
